I have tried these for quite a while now. I would like to return these for a full refund. They pick up all the noise when I walk from the floors but I cannot hear what people are saying. I have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years. I was hoping that these would work right but they are not right for me. Please send me information on what I have to do to return these aids.

I am well please with the battery hearing aids that you sent with the longer wire to the ears. Have had no trouble of the ear piece falling out. Please make the same hearing aid rechargeable where both can be recharged at the same time.Again I am well pleased. Please keep me informed.
