How do I adjust the hearing aids?
Adjusting our hearing aids is quick and easy— Each device is individually adjustable through our app!
There’s a multi-functional button at the back of each hearing aid that lets you adjust the volume manually. But for even more control, you can use our app to fine-tune other settings like volume, listening modes, and frequency—all from your phone.
So whether you're chatting with someone soft-spoken, listening to a deep voice, or navigating noisy places like restaurants or church, you’ll enjoy clear, comfortable hearing wherever you are.
How do you clean the hearing aids?
Cleaning our hearing aids is really simple & easy, with all you having to do is remove the ear domes and wash them in warm, soapy water.
Then, for the rest of the hearing aid, you can gently wipe them down with a dry cloth to remove any dirt & debris.
If needed, you’re able to soak a paper towel in rubbing alcohol and gently clean each hearing aid, making sure to dry it right after.
Are they returnable? Can I get a refund if I don’t like them?
