They are great; I can hear again without squealing. The call volume is too low, that's why I didn't give these 5 star rating. They are great for my hearing and help with my tinnitus. I would definitely buy from your company again.

I’ve never worn hearing aids before but I noticed recently I was needing to turn the volume up on my TV. Fortunately, I stumbled upon an online ad about The Hearing Company and read about them even further. For the price they were going for, I decided to try them since a return was available if I didn’t like them. When I got them and tried them, I was blown away by the quality of the sound. I expected the sound to be tinny like listening to something out of a soup can. Man was I wrong. These sound so good and for the price, you can’t go wrong. Great product!

Love the ear bud hearing aids. Have a little trouble getting a good ear fit but overall they work as advertised. I'm especially pleased with the Bluetooth capability. Please keep me in mind when you offer these in an over the ear model.

Still getting use to them. VERY comfortable fit. Easy to adjust. Love the Bluetooth feature. One ear much worse hearing wise than the other. I have purchased the best aids I can buy for my situation. Price wise OMG! THE MOST REASONABLE.

It does take some time to get used to finding the best mode and volume, but once you get that set up, they really enhance the sounds. I would give 5☆, but the case doesn't close tight with the large tips installed. I use a rubber band to keep it closed. It would be even better It the case was a mobile charger.

Great, their not as high quality as my Beltone's, but for the price and service they are great. I have 4 pairs of aids and these are my daily wear ones. I wanted a pair of ITE aids with blue tooth and these have done all I wanted.

I find these better than the prescription hearing aids I have had and better than any of the OTC ones I have tried. The Bluetooth is great. The only problem I have yet to resolve the the sound level on phone call.

The customer service is outstanding. I love the Bluetooth hearing aids. They are very comfortable and hearing is clear. To be honest I do not like black. You need to make one in flesh color. However the functionality and hearing quality are outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

These aids are definitely the business. I have had a few pairs of aids in the past, both prescribed and otc and I must say that these units surpass them all.
I had an accident at work where I irretrievably lost one of the aids 11 floors down an elevator shaft. I was devastated by this but remembered the advertising hype for these units, so I notified Hearing.co of the mishap. “No problem”, was the immediate response, “We’ll send you a replacement pair”. 4 days later the package arrived on my doorstep. So I am back in the world of binaural sound again for which I am truly grateful. I also now have Bluetooth access to tv programmes without the need for blasting sound, for which my wife is also grateful!
I can truly say that, despite my initial concern, these units and the service provided by Hearing.co are without compare. All I can say is thank you Hearing.co.
