I was skeptical at first ordering from a post on fb, the aides are everything they said they are high quality with great sound, the people there are very professional and will help you any way they can, you can’t go wrong doing business with them.

Hearing aids work great. Real clear either when I am talking to someone, watching TV or in a restaurant I can actually hear what is being said.

The Hearing aids work as well as the very expensive ones that I had to buy years ago, but more than that the service is terrific. I had lost one in the woods and couldn't find it, so I quit wearing them in the woods . Then I ordered another pair because I just couldn't hear without them, but when I had finally ordered them; I had gotten a puppy and I hadn't had one for over a year. I accidentally laid one on the arm of my chair ( forgetting about the new puppy) while I was putting one in and the puppy chewed up my Hearing aid, so I wasn't going to get anymore. Finally my wife got tired of screaming at me, so we wrote and explained about what happened and the people from the Hearing Co did an amazing thing that I don't want to put on here because I don't want anyone to take advantage of their generosity, but they helped me to hear again. Like them but wish they didn't have the outer hardware

At first, all background sounds were too magnified. Once I learned to adjust the sound better, it was more normal sounding. The performance is equal to my $4,000. Miracle Ear pair! My only problem is the ear domes that came with them hurt my ears after wearing for a few hours. Think I just need smaller ear domes.

My husband’s hearing aids were not working. I don’t know what it went wrong but you were so quick to try to remedy it in after trying everything we could you send him new ones and we’re very very nice about sending them without asking any questions again thank you so much for all you have done to try to help his hearing we appreciate it. I’m happy with your product and service

We have had several hearing aids in the ear ones and over the ear. There are things we like and a couple of things like the number of settings on these but still these are working better than in the ear ones

I purchase mine a few weeks ago and love them, I could reality could hear with them. I called my brother in law Doug Palmer of Cincinnati and he got his, then I got another set of hearing aids for my sister. they all though the hearing aids are are the best they ever had. Richard Criss

They work great. For me they were a little uncomfortable at fist. Took some getting use to. But easy to house and the sound quality is great.

I purchased this behind the ear devise and found it to exceed my expectation. I can set it on the lowest setting (right ear) and the clarity is excellent with NO feedback. My left ear is so bad I never chose to try and use it. I did increase the setting to he maximum, and for the first time in decades I could hear in my left ear. These hearing aids are really good quality. The $197 cost is a bargain. CLH TEXAS

I found them to be more comfortable than the tiny hearing aids that I had. The price was better than most companies that I inquired about hearing aids. I will have to say the sound is a bit too tinny but I do hear better.

While these aids do make voice clearer and louder, they also amplify other sounds which can be annoying. I have a $4,000 pair that that if got about 10 years ago and have since lost one. Then I bought a $1500 pair and again lost one. The $1500 pair was as good or better than the $4,000 pair. I had gotten another cheap pair that did not have speakers in the ear but just a hollow tube into an ear piece. They were garbage. The Hearing Co. aids are definitely an asset for improved voice recognition. I mostly wear them for watching TV. They are definitely worth the $197.00 I paid for them.

So far I love them. The more expensive ones I had before I lost within the first month I had them, I like these much better. I forget I have them on. It’s really nice being able to hear people again without feeling like your ears are plugged up.

Still getting to know how to use them and using the various settings . I wear them about 15 hours a day and have no complaints and let them charge every night overnight. I have used the three thousand dollar aids and am just as satisfied, if not more with your hearing aids plus i don't have to buy batteries. If i have any concerns i will contact you. Thank you.

I am very favorably impressed so far, still getting used to them. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

So far it's the best OTC hearing aid so far. The wire could be a tad longer. Most of the time it's hard to get the speaker in the ear and the receiver behind the ear so that it all stays where it should. Continuealy comes lose.

Hearing aids have exceeded my expectations. I turn to them rather than the expensive pair that remain on my shelf.

I had a pair of the $4,000 dollar hearing aides and didn't like them. I didn't have control of the volume. I kept having to go back to have them adjusted, then one got lost and the other one broke and I couldn't afford another pair. so I read about these and thought I would give them a try. I am glad that I did. I can hear as good if not better then I could the high dollar ones. I am well pleased wit these.

My new hearing aids allow me to hear so much better than my last hearing aids. I think one of the features I like so much is the way they fit in the ear and do not get loose or fall out without having the plastic parts that hold the aid in place. They never seem to get loose as long as the ear buds fit properly and since they send several sizes with each aid it is easy to find the right size! Oh, and I hear TV so much better. Thanks so much!

I am very happy with my hearing aids, For the first time in many years, I can hear my husbands voice. I just can*t believe it. I had $6,000 hearing aids, I have tried the amplifiers, non of them would let me hear my husband*s voice! Then I got the hearing aids from you! Could not ask for anything better, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Now I have to tell you that one of my aids has broken. As I was putting it in, it came loose from the ear piece. I am just sick over this. Could you PLEASE SEND ME ANOTHER ONE. I do have the life time insurance. I do need it! Thank You from a 92 year old customer.

I have had the expensive one, my first pair cost $4000.00 . I had to keep taking them in for cleaning, issues when they did not work and finally after only three years they no longer worked. I saw your company advertisement and thought why not. Let’s try these, they were a price I could afford and I have been amazed at how good they are. I highly recommend them.

It is nice to charge rather than batteries.

I am getting used to the new hearing aids. I do hear much better with these than my prior ones that I have worn for 4 years. I enjoy the fact that I can adjust the amount of sound when in different situations, ie., restaurant, tv, or around a group of people. I also like charging instead of changing the battery. My only negative remarks are that the hearing aid itself is much bigger than my previous one and is taking a bit of time to adjust to the size behind my ear and applying the ear domes was a bit cumbersome.

I actually am using them to see how much difference there is and yes I hear a sharper tone. Nicely done Hearing Company

Great pair of hearing aids. Much better than the expensive hearing aid from phonak.

The hearing aids work very well, which was surprising to me. I especially like the price! However, the are a few minor drawbacks. The size of the BTE hearing aids are rather bulky but I'm happy to hear you offer a micro BTE. The controls are a little hard to adjust, especially when wearing them. I also wish there was a single case that you could charge them from. The micro BTE, seems to have that feature. Other than that, I was fairly happy with them. I will look into ordering the micro BTE. They def help....worth the $200...and great you don't have to buy batteries. My last aids were $6000....one broke...had it repaired for $1000, and it broke within a year. Did without a long time..2 yrs. Very frustrating. Decided I could afford to lose $200, if they didn't work. Am pleased with them...takes a small adjustment learning the settings, but I m glad I took the chance. The booklet is good at explaining, the company seems very helpful!

Charge the ring aids overnight and inserted them the next morning. Thought I would wear them for a couple of hours just to get used to them. Just before lunch I remember I had them in. Amazing. They are comfortable to wear and I am enjoying sounds I have missed for many years. I recommend these hearing aids unconditionally!! They are better than the $4000 aids I purchased a few years ago!!! Adjusting more than I thought. Turning H to L difficult at times

After charging my new hearing aides, I inserted the bulbs in my ears, with the controls set I couldn’t believe I could hear perfectly! I use a different setting for listening to TV hearing everything as clear as a bell! I worry that this wonder will not continue.. So far everything is perfect. So wonderful to hear my grandchildren’s voices so clearly. Hopefully , this will continue! These are the 4th hearing aides I have purchased.. wish I had found them first!

These hearing aids from The Hearing Co. Are not my first from any other co. But they are the best. After two days of acclamation they did not bother my ears at all,others just always irritated the tar canal . I appreciate having the ability to adjust the volume. I usually set it on 2 and the sound is fine . The only time I need to just turn them off for comfort is when it becomes very windy or when my Brother-in-law is talking. In all seriousness they fit fine, they operate fine and the price was 2,800$ less than the others. What is not to like! Thank you John Ellis

My girlfriend reached the point of frustration having to repeat herself so often that she threatened to ignore me and quit talking to me. When I saw the add for The Hearing CO for a pair of BTE rechargeable hearing aids I quickly ordered a pair. Still not used to them being in my ears but I can honestly say that my pair of hearing aids do work They are completely adjustable and are meet my hearing needs. Love these new hearing aids. Much improved sound quality over the numerous brands I've tried, especially background reduction. I like the fact they're interchangeable, right & left. It is strange to have a charger for each, but I've gotten used to that. These are the ONLY devices I have to make myself remove because I forget I'm wearing them! Definitely worth a try.

Ordered for my husband whose in a nursing center he says he can hear things he hasn't in a long time. Had a little trouble adjusting them but doing better now.

The hearing aids are working very well. This is the 3rd brand I have tried and this one has been the best. I particularly like the size of boththe plug in and the comfort behind the ear. I also like that I don't have any background noise. These aids are everything the ad said they would be.

I’m using just one for my left ear I have it set on low and less than No. 1 if I set on 1 or pass 1 than it makes noises so it’s very sensitive so far I like it.

I am an elderly man and ordered these while my wife was out shopping. I did not need them as I already had a good pair. I must say they were every bit as good as the ones I already had... This is a great company to deal with!

I was using the smal in the ear aids for the h e last year and had a problem with them falling out and alot of back ground noise and squilling. Since I switched I haven't had any of those problems and the clarity is amazing. If for any reason I need another pair I will buy these again. Thank you for this wonderful product.

I learned how to install the aids. Now, I am learning how to adjust them, and it is going well. I charge both of them all night. Hope, that's okay. A lot of mornings, I sit outside close to the street, and many, many people walk by. For a long time, I have not been able to hear there talk. Now, I can hear them very well.

SOMETIMES AROUND LOUD NOURIES BOTHER ME TRYING TO ADJUST THEM

They were for my mother and she just passed away March 18th so she did not use them very long that is the reason I'm returning them.

My first hearing aids ran on batteries and cost me over $3000; I lost them and purchase some rechargeable hearing aids that were nearly $700. I wasn’t satisfied with them and came across your hearing aids, which were very economical and have performed better than any of the other ones that I have had, I highly recommend them so much so that I ordered a second pair!

The whole purchase was enjoyable - and the help getting set up was beyond what I dared hoped for. The 'service after the sale' is head and shoulders above anything I'd experienced with the big companies. Very pleased I decided to take the chance with The Hearing co. Do NOT regret that choice in any way.

Took a long time to arrive at which hearing aid to buy. It is a confusing market. I am still in the getting to know you phase, as noted in your literature. I'm back and forth on which ear dome fits best, in all situations. As well, I'm getting to know how to best use the flexible settings to obtain reasonable hearing in a variety of situations. Thus I'm not as yet ready to write a full evaluation review. I will say that your instructions are impeccable. Your interactive follow up is top notch and the value achieved to date has made the investment in money and time well worth it. More when I have it.

When I tried the hearing aids I thought they were just as advertised. When I decided they were not for me I asked that my order be canceled. Joshua was very helpful. He was polite and accomodating.

They sure pickup the slightest of sounds I turn then down very low and it still improves my hearing. I’m taking them to the Philippines to my father in-law who has a very serious hearing problem. I my be reordering after I get back to the USA

For no reason one of the hearing aids stopped working.!Fine before that.
