I've had very good experience with dealing with the hearing aid company. My first experience wasn't the greatest because I couldn't get in contact with them and I end up throwing away my hearing aids, but they did send me a new pair of hearing aids and probably the problem I had wax and didn't know it because the new ones come with wax scars which worked very well so I am very pleased with my hearing aids. Thank you again.

Everything sent and delivered in speedy fashion. I'm very happy with all but having no luck getting a return from the support---------- I gat a bad hearing aid and am waiting to see if they will be replaced before the warranty should run out! All has been great and I'm sure this will work out too. I am 83 and being able to communicate through e-mail is great for me. All accessories have been right on and I am pleased with the company!
