Received new wax guards and ear domes for my CIC hearing aids, and they work so much better now that I replace those often.

I hate the fact that I can't talk to anyone personally, you always have to communicate through Emails and then you got to wait on them to reply which can take a few days, but they will reply sooner or later

I didn't realize wax guards were to be changed so often, but now my hearing aids are working much better with new wax guards about every week.
I'm glad that the Hearing company suggested i change them often, so I got into a regular plan to purchase new wax guards; and it is helping to keep my hearing aids working good.

I so. The hearing aids continue to work great. I got a set from Audien that were replaced 4 times and all failed after a week. These have lasted almost a year now. Very happy.
