Couldn't have been more impressed with this product, and with the incredible customer service. I purchased the replacement guarantee when I bought the hearing aids, as they are small and I was sure to lose one or more eventually. That was a prescient move on my part -- I lost one the other day and the replacement guarantee was honored immediately -- no questions asked; I had an email response in only a matter of hours, and a replacement pair in hand in just a few days. The hearing aids themselves work very well in a very nice and usually subtle fashion. I was told people often spend thousands of dollars on prescription hearing aids -- even ones that don't even solve the listener's hearing problem. So, as a first-time hearing aid user, when I saw these for a couple hundred dollars, I thought I'd give them a try. Very happy -- highly recommended. Outstanding customer service -- thank you!
