i have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years i have always bought the top of the line boy !! was i brainwashed!!! these took some adjusting and getting used to, but in the end i was amazed i have even been able to do some multi tasking, and have learned to use the phone speaker very well great product !!!

Hello Hearing Co I want to thank you for sending replacement set because the first ones were not working properly. The aids seem to be working properly. My husband Jim with my help has learned to clean and how to put in ears. He is real happy with them. Ones in a wile he has trouble with them coming out. Put he said he can hear the birds singing.

Yes I am very pleased with my my new bte micro hearing aides, they are very light and have a comfortable fit, easy to charge, and very good noise reduction compared too my previous pair, I like how I don't have too turn them off, just place them in the charger put them on and they turn back home.

I like the first pair I got in Dec. and then decided to try the "in ear" ones when there was a sale. The ones I received are a smaller version of "behind the ear" and they charge in the case. I have not had a chance to even try them due to some family medical issues that require my time. I don't think I want to take the time to return them either, but right now I am wondering how I goofed up on the order form. I do not have good computer skills and ordering online is frustrating.

These are much more compact that the other BTE model, and they work very well. They are easy to put in, easy to adjust, and offer wonderful clarity. The mic is on top rather than the bottom. You can use these with your cell phone and not get feedback. These are very much worth the money. This is my third purchase from The Hearing Co., and I have been happy with each one. I don't think you can do better even if you spend the thousands that hearing centers charge.

I have a problem with my hands (94) so it is hard to insert them in my ear. The company is wonderful to deal with and, hopefully, w will solve this. I would definately deal with this company again

Bought as a gift before Cheistmas 2023. 1 ear piece quit working in March. Seller promptly sent a replacement pair at no charge. Good product and works as it should.

These are the best hearing aids I have ever owned.

I ordered the $197 hearing aids but e-mailed the company to tell them that the ear piece would not fit into my ear. I got an immediate response, and decided to up-grade to their Micro BTE Digital Rechargeable model for a reduced price. After reading the detailed instruction book and following the instructions for some adjustments, I was able to use the new pair. The sound quality was excellent. However, at age 86, and having worn hearing aids for 7 years, I was dependent on using a remote control device to change the volume and to change the various ambient noise settings, especially to understand dialogue on the television, and I could not adjust the hearing aids with the little buttons on them while wearing the devices. I followed the directions, and returned both pairs of hearing aids to The Hearing Company and received a full refund minus the shipping charges. I would highly recommend The Hearing Company products and can assure anyone who is considering ordering from them that their customer service, and return guarantee is excellent.

I have worn them for about two weeks. They are very comfortable and I can hear every bit of good as I did with the ones I paid $4000 for and they went to hell right after the warranty was up I’m very satisfied.

These BTE hearing aids are way advanced over their previous model. They're smaller, the ear tubes are pre-formed and color-coded so you never put them in the wrong ear. The volume is controlled by a rocker switch now, and can be adjusted while being worn. Volume has 11 settings vs the previous four, and the device confirms when you are adjusting volume up and down with a little tone. These are a bit better at voices, too. The volume switch also controls three different-frequency modes, but I have trouble adjusting that as you have to press it squarely in the middle and I can't seem to do that, on or off the ear. I like the charging box, too. It's magnetic. Big improvement!

I was intimidated when I first viewed the aids, my older larger aids seemed simpler to adjust. I'm slowly but surely getting my new aids adjusted for my active lifestyle, they are terrific, much better , sound & clarity. I saw the ad for Dome's but U/block wouldn't show any information. I'm having difficulty getting a proper fit & will need replacements soon--the largest double you carry. Please forward info & pricing.

Great hearing aids for the price ... I did change the ear domes to what I used to wear with widex and it seem to be doing alittle better ... left side just does a little humming noise and I spoke to someone on the phone about and straight up tells me to return them LOL ... I'm not giving up on them cause I can't afford expensive ones these days especially I can't work anymore ! Thank you though !!

Purchase was for my wife, and upon putting the aids in, she broke into tears at how well and how clearly she could hear...2 happy campers.

I have had other hearing aids but these are the best they look no different than a $2000 pair there small can hardly see them and the adjustments are great , sound is so much better. I would recommend them and the price is unbelievable for what you get. Highly recommended!

I really like these hearing aids? They’re better than the others I have tried. They’re comfortable and the hearing quality is fantastic. I’m happy that I went with the smaller rechargeable ones. The only issue that I had was that the ear tube on my left side wasn’t working properly, glad they gave a replacement tube with the order. Once I changed it, everything was fine! Bought these for my mother and she loves them.

I am very happy with my hearing aids. I had problems with one of the aids and they were prompt in responding to my emails and replaced the aids once we went through all the trouble shooting. I appreciate all the help and there professional staff.

Very satisfied with my new hearing aids. I have had doctor prescribed hearing aids for four years. When time came to replace, I decided to try online first at a greatly reduced cost. So far I am pleased with them. My hearing is equal to what I had before and going with rechargeable, is an improvement for me.

Sound is great, turning volume up and down is easy, charging them, piece a cake. My only complaint is that I can’t switch between the different modes, but the one that it’s on seems to be fine! For the money, these hearing aids can’t be beat!

Thanks for your patience in finding the right model for me. I must have infantile ear canals, because none of your ear domes would fit. I tried the ones from my old pair and bingo! They work wonderfully! Could you please check the status of my account, as I have not as yet been credited for the two pair I sent back. Order 14445 was returned 11/02 and order 16624 returned 11/28.

My experience with these hearing aids has been terrific. I originally ordered the larger aids but they were too big for my ears. I worked with Marty in customer service and he suggested the micro model. They are fantastic. I did have an issue with the right ear piece but a woman on the team helped me resolve that issue. I am sorry I don’t know her name. I returned the larger pair and I am waiting to get my refund on my credit card. I like my hearing aids very much. A very good quality for the money. I'm actually still in the "trying different options" stage. I haven't quite figured it out yet which is the best mode/volume nor have I determined which ear dome is best, but I will keep experimenting. It is not difficult adjusting the mode or volume nor do I have any issues changing the 3 different sizes of domes. Since it is easy changing the mode and volume I will determine which one is best for each life situation, ie watching TV, being at a sporting event, being around loud noises, etc. Charging the hearing aids is very easy and convenient. Overall I'm very pleased with the BTE rechargeable hearing aids.

I am turning 70 in four months. I’ve been dreading getting here in aids for years. Oh my God I’ve been missing out. These are the best hearing aids available for the prize. They are amazing. I recommend them to anyone.

Because of fitting problems, I had to order a different pair of hearing aids. Customer service was great about handling this issue. My new pair came quickly and are working great. I would definitely recommend these to others.

I have used hearing devices from several different companies over the last ten years. The devices from Hearing Co. were very good and the one time there was a problem they immediately replaced the device. The customer service is what will bring me back

These work as good as my hearing aids that I got from beltone . I paid $5500 from beltone and I’ve never got over what price I paid for them. So far I love these I got from the Hearing Co. , and would purchase them again if I ever need them again.

I actually ordered the hearing aids for my 90 year old husband. He said he can hear what people on television are saying and understand what is going on better.

I absolutely love these. They're very comfortable and have all of the features of the $5000 ones except Bluetooth capability. You don't need that because the internal chip prevents feedback when you put the phone to your ear. I highly recommend these. It's easy to make any adjustment without removing them. The controls are easy to reach on top of the units. Don't waste your money on the expensive ones. These are just as good.

So far I like them, except for the domes. wish they were just a single layer as opposed to the two layer

At this point I'm quite happy with them. Time usually tells the whole story. I certainly rate them higher than any other aids I've had.

I got these and did not like them. I went on Amazon and ordered open domes. My 3500.00 pair has open domes so maybe I'm just used to them. Since I put the open domes on I love these. It's good to know spending 3500.00 isn't going to happen. I like these better than the expensive pair.

I'm sorry that I didn't get back to you earlier. The Micro BTE Rechargeable Hearing Aid (Pair) were for my wife which is a bed-patient in a Assisted Living Home and I want her to get used to using them first. And yes she loves them better than others that she's tried. She likes the nice fit behind the ear and the sound is very clear plus she doesn't have to ever worry about replacing those batteries again. Yes they were a HIT. I'm also sorry to report as of a week ago one of the hearing aids fell off while she fell asleep watching TV and it was never found. It wasn't in the sheets, under the pillow or on the floor.So is there a way to get a replacement for 1 Hearing Aid? She still hears pretty dang good with just one and it charges up okay too.

I bought the first model for my aunt. She loves them! When a smaller model came out, I got those. Each pair needed smaller domes which were immediately shipped when I spoke to customer service. They're great hearing aids and the customer service is outstanding!!

I can't say enough good things about this hearing aid! I am so happy I got them. I have worn hearing aids for close to 40 years and I have not had any that were better at any price. I've had some that were terrible! Some things I like: 1.the sound is clear, not garbled. 2. the small size. My other aids were too big and hung down too far behind my ears. 3. easy to charge. I like the convenience of rechargeable versus batteries. More economical as well. 4. snug fit and no squealing. 5. able to talk on the phone without having them buzz or without taking them out. 6. price. These are the best hearing aids for the lowest cost. With their money back guarantee, you have nothing to lose. I don't usually leave reviews, but I am sold on these aids! If you think you might need aids, please give these a try. The hearing aids are great, except the wire needs to be a little longer.

It's takes some adjustment on the devices but once I was able to adjust my hearing was spectacular. Love it.

It’s a learning process, but I think I have it figured out. Not a bad set of hearing aids. Wish they would Bluetooth to my smartphone.
