They are small, very clear I can actually hear people talking to me it is so nice. There is no background noise or echos. Love them

Bought these for my older sister who is intellectually challenge. Took her a couple days to figure out how to insert them but she now loves having two hearing aides. She has medicaid and they said since she had one, they wouldn't pay for a second. This has helped her greatly to be able to communicate so much better since she can hear conversations now. Thanks so making affordable hearing aides.

Had an issue initially, but the company took very quick action to correct my situation and everything is fine now. My hearing has improved dramatically with these hearing aids.

I rated the hearing aids at the highest level because of the great customer service. The battery aids were not what I thought I had ordered and I sent an email to the company to explain. The company in short order emailed back to me that a new pair of rechargeable hearing aids would soon be on the way...at no cost and no need to return the battery aids!! I can't ask for better service than this! I'm still trying out the new rechargeable aids and I think they will be just fine.

I received the hearing aids without any delay. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I adjusted to them. I chose the battery aids instead of the rechargeable only because some of the reviews suggested background noise was more of an issue with the rechargeable. I am very satisfied with my purchase!!

This company is absolutely the best! I had a problem I notified them and within a week it was resolved. They sent me a new pair with no hassle. Not too many companies would do this. Can't praise them enough. Also aides are great, fit very well. So great to hear again.

After getting the rechargeable micro aids I found them to be a problem. I could not get rid of the squealing sound or the echo effect. I talked with the customer service group at the Hearing Co., and they worked with me very patiently and helped in any way they could, but we could not solve the problems. The Hearing Co. suggested I might try the micro battery aids. Which I did. I can tell you that made all the difference in the world. In fact, I am hearing things I haven't heard in years. My wife is delighted because the music and the tv is not up so loud that her hearing is being affected. Also, the patience customer service provided, and the Hearing Co. was fantastic, and they were incredibly helpful and patient with me. I am well pleased and recommend these hearing aids to anyone with a hearing problem.

What a great company to deal with! I ordered rechargeable hearing aids and they were too big for my tiny ears. The company quickly replaced them with smaller ones with batteries. It is rare to experience this quality of customer service. FYI this was the 3rd company I purchased rechargeable hearing aids from and all were too big. One of the other companies made me jump thru hoops with a return that 3 weeks later I have not received and the other company did not respond at all. Buyer beware! These people and the product are superior.

These are really great hearing aids. One thing these aids do that other, more expensive aids don't, is these hearing aids add more treble to the sound so that what I hear can be understood. With other, more expensive, hearing aids I have, most of the conversations I try to hear sounds like a mixture of everyone talking at the same time. It makes everyone sound like they're mumbling. These hearing aids allow me to actually hear what each person is saying. These aids clear up the sound and I am very happy with them. I would also like to add that this company really stands behind their product. If you have any issues they will address it immediately and take action to solve whatever the issue is. Happy with the product, happy with the company. They are a win-win company!!

I would say they went far above what they needed to. I picked a set that I believed would be what I needed. It turned out I was wrong on my purchase. They insisted I try a different style which I agreed to. The new style was a better fit for me. They would not give me the option to send the first units back or pay for the new ones. Who does that? You couldn’t find better customer service than they provide. Totally satisfied customer.

I am satisfied with my hearing aids. The first pair I got we're too big for my ears, I told customer service about my problem, and they sent me another pair that were smaller, and I am pleased with this pair. They fit my ears very well, and helps my sound too.

this is my first hearing aid .So far they have been great. Will buy rechargeable next time.

I have a 5500.00 pair of hearing aids and have had them for 8 years last visit was told I was about ready for new hearing aids. I saw the ad for these 197.00 hearing aids and ordered them and after wearing them for three weeks I will not be buying 5500.00 hearing aids again. Extremely happy with these but I may order the mini ones but have not decided yet. Thank you THE Hearing Co.

The smaller size fits better in my ears. As a sailor, other hearing aids often pick up the noise of the wind. I have not as yet been out sailing with these, but anticipate a better experience.

Haven't recieved replacement hearing aid yet. I use the Left one. I truelly like them. It's great to be able to hear again! Thank You!!

I purchased my hearing aids hoping to finally be able to hear the phone and television. Oh yes, and my wife too. Unfortunately the hearing aids didn't work for me because of an ear canal problem. But it wasn't for a lack of trying on the part of the Hearing Co. They were very attentive and even sent me out a second pair to try. They didn't work either nevertheless the Hearing Co gets five stars for standing by their guaranty and product. I wish you all the best. Ralph

The hearing aides are wonderful! I had a little trouble with the plastic ends you have to put on but I've got the hang of it now. There so easy to use.

I am wearing them now, and trying to become used to them, to decide whether to keep them or not. I have been using Beltone for my left ear, and an Oticon for the right ear, and do pretty well with that combination. When I finish a test period of about another week, I will decide to keep those from your company. Thanks for the inquiry.

The fit is very good. Sound is good, but alittle tinny at times. Lower volume, helps alittle. Overall, works out pretty good.

May 2 I had one of my ears removed do to cancer. I found out my "good ear" was not so good. Got a hearing aid from these folks and I could not be happier with it. Thank you for this product. Dan P, MI
