Great! Had a slight hearing problem but these hearings aids have improved my hearing to where it should be. Took a little while to get use to them and people around me have not noticed me wearing them!

I'm someone who has, I would say severe hearing loss. They do help me hear a little better with speech. I don't like that it makes music sound weirder and when the battery gets week it clicks a lot. Sounds really annoying. Other than that for the price and service. It's pretty good.

The sound is 100% better than my hearing aid amplifiers, making it possible for me to hear my TV shows with them, instead of using my TV Ears. The additional benefit is that when I have to shut the sound off, I am able to use my TV Ears while still wearing your hearing aids. That’s a big plus for me. The biggest problem I have is putting on a dome. The attachment opening is so much smaller that the tip of the hearing aid.

I am having a little trouble getting them in the right place in my ear. I am using the smallest ear domes (I think the ones that came on hearing aids) I think I will get adjusted to them. Thank you for sending these since I could not use the first ones you sent me.

I have no problem with the hearing aids other than you need to remove them to answer the phone.

The product is great I wear them daily. I particulary like the volume control. At eighty years young I like simplicity. if there is a weak link it has to be the communications between customer and your company. was very unsure at start. Kept getting a whine that I couldn't hear but some people could. I switched ears with the aids and everything is working fine now

It's taking me awhile to get use to them, background noise is still a problem.other then that I think they are great deal.

Hearing is better. Like the rechargeable hearing aids. Wish they were a bit smaller.

I had a CIC hearing aid for q 0 years. It was destroyed. I tried one that goes over the ear, it always fell out. I enjoy the CIC it sits in my ear snuggly and I have very little feedback noise.

They seem to be doing a good job! I should have ordered them years ago. For the price, I am happy. My brother has 2500.00 dollar ones and has been having lots of trouble with them. So I am satisfied with mine.

The units work well. This is my first experience with CIC. I have always had OTE aids in the past. The ease of use for these is impressive. Adjusting them is a no brainer! My initial impression is well above average. I just don't see how they can be beaten given the price and quality. I also dealt with their customer service on an issue which was handled professionally AND empathetically!

The hearing aids were very nicely packaged and the mechanism for recharging them is well thought out. When I put one in the charging cradle and I get to about an inch away there is a strong magnet that just sucks them nicely into place. They are small and the plastic coating is a bit slippery for someone my age. My manual dexterity isn’t what it used to be and holding one between finger and thumb they tend to slip out of my grasp and I have only one eye working so my depth perception is way off.. I try to insert them into the cradle and just when I think it’s close it isn’t and I drop one but the magnetic feature just sucks them right in when I am close. I watched the video on how to use them but it never mentioned the wax guards and so far have yet to find them or what to do with them. The 365 day warranty is great and works fast. I think my problem with the wax guards is preventing me from using them properly. My only critics is that when I called the first time the man I spoke to was very harsh and abrupt like he didn’t really have time for me. The second call I made the man had an accent and spoke very quickly with no pauses. It’s like his answer was one big sentence. And because of my hearing I had to ask him to repeat. He still kept the same rapid fire speech and once again didn’t have time for me. After the third time the line went dead and I still had no idea what he was saying. I didn’t feel inclined to call again. I think some work on the phone answering technique is needed. Bear in mind someone is calling for help because they can’t hear properly and slow down and speak slowly and distinctly and use a little patience.. Their attitude doesent present a very helpfull and friendly start… so now they just sit in the box on the table..

I’ve worn hearing aids for years! The last set were $8000!! The sound quality of your aids is every bit as good! They’re not Bluetooth like my expensive ones but at 70 years old I just can’t justify that kind of money anymore!! Very very pleased!!

I left a negative review several weeks ago that the company was not responding to my concerns , i want to apologize for this. Upon review, they have emailed me and messaged me several times a week since my purchase. The communications got overlooked in my email and messages. The original hearing aids were larger than i expected , and each unit plugs in seperately which was difficult for me to do. As soon as the company found out that i was unhappy, they have been very helpful to improve my experience. They are sending me the micro hearing aids now which wi hopefully fit better and be easier to charge. They have committed to continue working with me to ensure my satisfaction. I am very impressed and regret my previous comments.

I had some trouble with my first pair called customer service and had a new pair in less than a week. Love them. I had a problem with my first set not charging and very intermittently would work. In contacting the company they fully understood and due to warranty they sent a whole new set. I love them and they work great and easy to care for. I would highly recommend this company and their willingness to make things right. Very happy with the set.

I have tried multiple otc hearings aids and this is the first pair that has better clarity than any of the others.

I absolutely love these! i’ve had 6,00$ , 2,00$ and $100 ones that never worked I was getting too much feedback from outside noises couldn’t really hear any better when people talked so I said i’ll try 1 more pair well let me tell you these work great ! I now can hear people when they talk to me clearly I don’t say what? every minute They are the Best! Thank you !

Had a pair for about a year. Developed a problem. ,one wouldn’t charge. Contacted company,they suggested several things that didn’t work so sent me a new pair . No charge. Can’t get any better service than that. Wonderful!

I've got hearing aids from Costco and they were okay. Started using them at the start of the pandemic. I didn't care for them, since every time my mask was removed the hearing aid would be removed as well. The hearing aids I've got now from the Hearing Company are perfect for me. Just wish I'd got these first. Great job .

So far seemed to work very well. Voice control could have more range, but overall they seem to work very well.

For years I have been looking for just the right hearing aids. I started off with a pair for $6000.00 but I was not satisfied. I like the hearing aids a lot I just need to work on the feedback,,,also I have a hard time putting on the dome that will come with practice too,,,when they are being charged should the. Hearing aids be on or off? I just need to be patient

I love the hearing aids . The only thing is I need a ear bud between the smallest one and the next size up. The band that holds it to the hearing aid rubs a blister in my ear. These are the best hearing aids I have used.

I am very happy with my new in the ear Hearing Aids, I still have the older model that fits over the Ear, I put them on when new ones are Charging they still work well Will keep as a spare .

I have purchased so many hearing aids in the last couple of years. Nothing can compete with these hearing aids. I put them in and they needed the sound turned up slightly and haven’t had to do anything else with them. I can hear! Will purchase another pair soon!

I really like my new hearing aids sound is clear and no static. I do have a problem with my right ear as it is misshaped, not the hearing aids fault as I had it with my over the ear hearing aids. All in All I think I made a Good decision. Thank You.

After 4 months one hearing aid would not charge. In another month the other hearing aid also would not charge. The Hearing company sent my husband a complete new set with the charger. The replacement is working fine. Thank you to "The Hearing Company" for standing by your warranty.

It seams like they were very good hearing aids but just didn’t work for my mother. I probably could have used them but I’m looking for Bluetooth capable, but these were still very good hearing aids.

Hearing so much better with two aids, it was difficult with just one for so long.

This company does what it says. Within the 60 days from purchase, I got and tried hearing aids, which did not work for my personal problem. Contacted company and they sent out ear domes to try. The product is great, just not right for me. BUT I want to give this company 5 star for their service. I waited to write review until I got my refund. IT was on my credit card receipt/bill yesterday. They are also kind and courteous which is a big bonus these days. Thank you Joshua and team!

Although I am still evaluating,I am enjoying the opertunity to hear better than I have for a while. I am getting use to them outside of the home as in at church, working, shopping and the like . I love these hearing aids - the price was right and I can hear (finally)

Mine arrived 6 days ago. Quite fiddly to set up with the domes, especially if you have long nails. Easy to insert into the ear, but not completely invisible. Mine don't go all the way in - maybe I have very small ears? Five days of wearing and the right ear fits fine, but the left ear still feels a bit big and makes my inner ear itch. However, the sound - WOW - Such a difference! I can finally hear conversations properly and have turned the TV volume down from 8-12 to 2-4. So much better for everyone. Now I can't pretend to not hear hubby.

Took a few weeks to get used to this hearing aid. Audio clarity is good as advertised. Will recommend this to my friends. Virgil

I find the fit is good, I have tried all the domes, but am having issues with tunneling and echoes. i see you offer open end domes and was wondering if I could get some to try. I find the small dome works best. Thank you, Nick.

These hearing aids work perfectly and for under $200, they are the best deal out there.

Now that we've got a complete set and have used them for several weeks I'm impressed with their ability to put tremendous amount of sound by such small instruments. The sound is clear and easily understood. I am a fan.

Had my BTE hearing aids for a while now and I'm very pleased with them. I can hear just well with these As I did with the $5400 dollar phonak hearing aids I purchased back in 2012. They are good

So far I am pleased with my hearing aids. I am having some problems getting the volume adjusted. Also regardless of the volume I have them on, they make a noise even when they are charging. I will continue getting use to them and hopefully get the aids adjusted to my satisfaction.
