Your user manuals say the silicon ear domes should be replaced monthly, so I ordered an extra set. They came promptly, of course. But I complained about the price, because it seems a lot to pay for a set of three different-size eardomes when I only need one size. They heard my complaint and sent out extra eardomes free of charge. Don't know if they'd do that for everyone, but I am happy their customer service is so responsive, and it's probably worth asking them.
