Replacement - TM Open Ear Domes (10mm)

Thanks for replacing my defective hearing aid

Customer service is speedy with an aim to please. We reported that just one hearing aid wasn't working, after trying several suggestions to remedy the problem, a replacement pair of hearing aids was sent. Happy to report that the replacements work!

Still testing them. So far so good.

Josh and his family business are to be admired. A lot of thought has gone into their heading aids with features beyond expectation. They are very understanding if any situation arises and more than willing to offer needed assistance to help one in their hearing experience. I would certainly recommend their hearing aids.

This is for just the replacement domes that have the reliefs so as to not push air into the ear. Which they did succeed in helping. They didn't seem as comfortable as the solid ones.

I could write a long message about the Domes, my Wife has tried all the sizes you sent, and she has settled on the next to the smallest, but she is not sure she will stay with that size. She is very satisfied so far with them, and she hopes to be able to stay with that size. She says time will tell.

Just right size.

Unfortunately none of the domes fixed my husband’s issue of hearing like he was in a tunnel . Can you suggest anything else? He was ya talking about maybe trying the over the ear hearing aids?

Unfortunately the hearing aids didn’t work out for me. My fault, NOT theirs. They are the BEST on customer service. Give them a try. They refunded my $ without any hassle. Most reviews are raving. They say they’re a small company. We NEED to support small companies. They are the backbone of our economy.

I am liking my aides from you. The replaced buds were hard to get on so I went back to original ones and think I got it!. I’m happy so far with the purchase. Customer service was great!
