I purchased the hearing aids for an elderly gentleman that I know so far he is learning how to use it but he can hear tremendously better thank you very much I'm sure when he gets more used to them he will love it thank you

Very nice! I’m extremely happy with the micro-digital rechargeable BTE set that I bought. Completely undetectable, 3 settings - ultra-highs - mid highs and the one that I chose, the 3rd setting with a little warmer sound. I’ve worn the button-type inserts before and it always sounded electronically processed. Not these! They sound perfectly natural I forget that I even have them on. Also, very easy to adjust and no fidgeting to try and readjust when putting them on again. The volume is exactly where I left it last. I’ve already recommended them to 2 of my employees. I really like my new hearing aids. When I first received them I had a hard time understanding my small instruction book, but I kept trying and finally I figured out what it was trying to teach me. I now can do all my adjustments easily, If it is too loud I can easily turn it down or I can turn it up just by pushing the correct button. The charger is easy to use and works great. I really like the smaller size and I am glad I could buy a lifetime warranty.

After losing one of my $3,700.00 hearing aids, I decided that I would forgo the expensive testing at my doctor's office and new hearing aids which now cost $5,200.00 per pair ( they won't sell only one), I did some research and found that your devices certainly were no where near the replacement costs of my previous devices and had some helpful flexibility in volume control and settings. I was glad to see the little clear plastic opening on the side of the microphone so I added some monofiliment like I had on my other devices to help keep my new devices from falling out so easily. Perhaps you have some monofiliment devices to fit on my new ones?? I have really enjoyed hearing so much better on my many Zoom calls and hearing that little squeaky voiced lady in the back of the room during a large public meeting !! I am still in the learning process with my new devices but am really pleased with their performance. Best regards, Charlie

I really like these hearing aids. When I get the domes up in my ear canal I can hear very well. I have a hard time getting them in my ear canal to stay and not slip out

I do have your newer micro units -- I like the ability to raise & lower the volume several knoches -- which I cannot do as well with my more expensive 8 year old units from a different major manufacturer. My difficulty with your units is with the "hollow sound" WITH-IN my head, and I also can "hear" my footsteps. They do have better control for hearing, and the price is more affordable, but I'm still not sure if they are my best hearing option. Ted F.

Glad they last all day on a charge. You should offer even smaller ear buds, I had to put on my starky ear buds to fit comfortably. If they are turned up they do skeewle. So far I am pleased with them.

These are very comfortable hearing aids. They are easy to put on and take off. The charging unit is simple to use. The hearing aids maintain their charge as advertised. I'm very happy with this product.

I have trouble with the ear piece falling out

I ordered the micro, digital hearing. I had surgery on my left ear which makes the micro a good choice. The top of my ear is mostly gone but the micro still hides behind it. They are pretty easy to use and I like them. The charger can be unplugged and will still recharge for 5 full day. Pretty nice function.

Good for one ear but too weak for the other ear...right ear much worse than my left...love the two day of operation...

I’m am so very pleased with these new devices. I have been wearing Beltone for several years but lately they have been giving me trouble. They were some of the best Beltone had to offer with Bluetooth and they were rechargeable. The price of the Beltone devices was almost $7,000. The devices I got from you are better sounding and clearer. Only thing I miss is the Bluetooth feature. Thank you for a wonderful product that is truly affordable. To be honest I thought they would be just a pair of amplifiers but these are really quality hearing devices that I would recommend to anyone that needs help hearing. Good audio quality with a very good price.

At first, my wife did not like the Micro hearing aids. When asked what she didn’t like, her response was she just didn’t like wearing them and didn’t like that “thing” behind her ear. After wearing them for a while, she didn’t notice them and admitted they do help her hearing.

I was impressed with the staff! Everyone so helpful! I opted for the smaller BTE, and also the faster shipping. (which was free) They arrived much faster than I could have imagined! Now I hear things I've not heard in years! This is my first pair, so I'm still adjusting to wearing hearing aids, but at least they aren't noticeable! Being vain like I am, I was concerned about everyone seeing them. Overall a good experience!

i have been wearing aids since 2000. these are about best set i have ever had, and i have had a lot of sets. some costing 6,000. these work as good or better than those. thank you hearing co.

I love these hearing aids...the over the ear part takes some getting use to, as I wear glasses and golf hats, but I'm getting there!!!

I have the micro version. Have only worn them once so far. The fit and feel is ok but I can’t seem to figure out how to make the program or mode feature work. It is supposed to be part of the volume toggle but pressing the middle does nothing that I can detect. (I will phone for support). Thanks

Works just as well as the four thousand dollar pair of hearing aids I had for several years. So glad I bought them.

I am having trouble with them staying in my ears. Still trying to fine the right size plug for my ear.

These are the ones I have. Great sound. The BTE unit is small and disappears in hair. Can talk on cell phone with no feedback. The Bluetooth charger uses same cable as my phone. Best $400 I've spent.

This is my fifth pair and probably work better than the others I’ve had. But I still have some problems hearing others talk. I’ve lost three in ear ones in the past so this pair stay in better. I like the guarantee of replacement policy.

The hearing aids are easy to use. We went with the smaller model and glad we did.

I am please with my hearing aids. i like the ability to adjust volume and background situations to make hearing clearer. I occasionally have a slight issue with the right aid not staying in my ear, but that is due to a physical abnormality not the hearing aid design. i am getting used to them. Thank you.

These work as well as more expensive aids - had a problem with one & though it took a month to resolve - trying various fixes - the company did resolve the problem to my satisfaction

The micro is much better for me.Was well worth the up date.. Can hear great with it. And is easy to adjust.

I’m slowly getting accustomed to them. When others are talking in the background it’s a bit distracting. Maybe I have them turned up too much.

I purchased this set to use as a backup for my prescription set. They seem to be working fine. I have only used them once but soon will be using them more often.

I am glad I got the micro bte aids. They are noticeable, but not as much as the regular aids. They fit well and work as well as the expensive aids I used to wear. I wear them at a volume of about four to five. It is plenty for my hearing loss. My wife said I speak softer than without the aids.

I received the upgraded hearing units. I read the instruction booklet. I've used them for a week now and am pleased with my new hearing experience. The units are compact and click into the recharge case with ease. The recharge case will only need charging every couple of days. I've also cleaned one of the hearing aid tubes with the enclosed wire. The tube cleaning is a little clumsy to handle but I managed. I would advise the company to send a minimum of 3 wires. One cleaning wire is easily lost Overall, with 1 week of use I am pleased with my purchase.
