Initially, we couldn't get one to work but troubleshooted through the instructions and they seem to be working fantastic. She is extremely hard of hearing and we are. now so very pleased.

I picked them up at the post office, put them together and drove to Tucson to a doctor's appointment. I hadn't read the instructions and the volume was at max. In the waiting room I could hear things I didn't think I was intended to hear. A man behind the counter was yelling to someone on the phone that he couldn't hear her. I could hear her. Not till I got home that I got to adjust everything to where they are comfortable and effective. I like them

Excellent! I formally had expensive hearing aids. These are smaller and work very well. Won’t go back to the expensive ones.

Wasn'r sure at first; but, finally realized I had the little cups at the end of the ear tube turned backward! That made all the difference obviously. I am very happy with them. The tubes are stiff so that makes them quite visible, but I don't care about that.

Better volume control than my $4000 pair. Easy charging and charge lasts longer than expensive pair.
Only advantage to the high cost pair is the pairing feature with my I- phone. I suspect you could find a way to add it.

I will write a review at a later time. It seems reviews always have to point out the negatives as well as all the positives of a product or service. I’ve had these aids about two weeks, and I wear them 14 hours every day. I’m still trying to find something on the negative side to place in my review. Got to be something somewhere, just haven’t found it yet. Will review later. Thanks.
